Rick Von Pusch Sr. Vice President, SVP Sales, Marketing and International |
Rick Von Pusch has served as SVP, Sales, Marketing and International since January of 2009. His responsibilities include sales of all of DealerTrack's solutions, Canadian operations and marketing. He joined DealerTrack, Inc. in August 2006 as Sr. Vice President, Customer Development and Retention. In that role he was responsible for sales of all DealerTrack solutions, as well as the overall management of all dealer-facing communications including customer service, marketing and operations. Mr. Von Pusch has over 20 years of experience in the automotive and software industries. He began his career in sales at Reynolds and Reynolds, progressed through a variety of positions there, and was Vice President of Retail Sales at the time of his departure in 2005. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at 5Square Systems, a provider of CRM, desking and menu products. Mr. Von Pusch holds a BA degree in Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida. |
Michael Collins Vice President & General Manager |
Michael is Vice President & General Manager of DealerTrack Canada and oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the company. Prior to its sale to DealerTrack, Michael was a founder and Chief Operating Officer of Curomax Corporation. Michael has almost 30 years of indirect asset lending, leasing and fleet management experience. He began his career with Triathlon Leasing and has held management positions in Treasury, Systems, Client Services, Sales and general management. Michael has also worked for GE Capital and was President & C.O.O. of Foss National Leasing, a leading Canadian fleet management provider. Michael serves on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Finance & Leasing Association and Water Ski and Wakeboard Canada. He has written several articles on Internet-based lending origination, automotive finance and fleet management. He has spoken on behalf of the industry at both the federal and provincial levels of government and to industry groups. |
Kevin Antram Sr. Director, Sales |
Kevin has responsibility for all Dealer Development, Inventory and DMS sales operations in Canada. Kevin brings 20 years of experience in the technology/consulting industry to DealerTrack, including Vice President Sales for Reynolds & Reynolds Canada and nine years in a variety of positions with J.D. Edwards Co., the enterprise business software company. |
John Currado Sr. Director, Services |
John is responsible for managing and growing all existing strategic customer and partner relationships in Canada. This includes all Canadian lenders, Dealer Management Software (“DMS”) providers and other strategic partnerships. Through his team of Account Managers and Business Analysts, John is responsible for managing all lender, aftermarket provider and strategic partner implementations onto the DealerTrack Network. In addition, John oversees the management of our Dealer Support call center. John comes to DealerTrack Canada with a significant background in indirect lending, dealer sales, credit, collections, risk management and general management. Prior to joining DealerTrack Canada, John headed the Canadian automotive finance business for Wells Fargo Financial Acceptance and has considerable experience in both call center management as well as specialty financing industries. |
Mike Massimilla Sr. Director, Software Engineering |
Mike Massimilla, Sr. Director, Software Engineering, is overall coordinator of technology for DealerTrack Canada. Mike has 30 years' experience in software engineering and engineering management. He is a founder and architect of DealerTrack's system in the USA. Prior to DealerTrack, Mike served as a technology Vice President for JP Morgan Chase; as a founder and developer of Juno Online Services, a pioneer of free internet email; as a software engineer at D E Shaw & Co., a New York hedge fund; as a founder and Vice President of Masterplay Publishing, a computer game development firm; and as a packet switch engineer at BBN Technologies, where many of today's internet technologies were first developed. Mike has a bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Harvard College. |
Allen Gerlings Director, Business Development |
Allen is responsible for both Corporate Development and Product Development at DealerTrack Canada. The Corporate Development team’s primary focus is developing new business relationships with financial institutions, aftermarket product companies, DMS providers and others whose products or services can enhance use of the DealerTrack Network. The Product Development team is responsible for the launch of all new products and services on the DealerTrack Network as well as continual process improvement to assist dealers in their use of DealerTrack’s Canadian technologies. Allen has been involved in the automotive finance industry for over 20 years. He began his career with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) and has held increasingly senior positions at Canada Trust, TD Bank, Bank of Montreal and DealerAccess Canada. Allen has had a significant role in the development of both the Curomax and DealerAccess Platforms. In 2000 Allen was responsible for the launch of TD CanadaTrust, as the first customer on the Curomax portal. Subsequent to that he joined BMO Bank of Montreal as National Service Manager of Automotive Finance and worked on the launch of that bank onto the DealerAccess portal. |
Ron Nakagawa Director, Technology Operations & Project Management |
Ron is responsible for overseeing DealerTrack’s Canadian 7/24 portal operations and strategic project portfolio. In addition, he is responsible for ensuring we meet all of our non-financial compliance and security obligations. Ron has over 18 years experience in the computer industry and brings expertise in the design and implementation of customer-centric processes for high-growth technology companies. Prior to joining DealerTrack Canada, Ron was Vice President, Operations at Selient Inc., and Vice President, Customer Center at InSystems Technologies Inc. Earlier in his career, Ron held a number of management and executive level positions in customer support, system services and marketing at Cybermation. |
Debbie Oberender Director, Marketing and Communications |
Debbie has responsibility for the development and management of the company's overall branding, marketing and communications, advertising, and customer-facing event strategies. Prior to joining DealerTrack, Debbie served as Vice President, Marketing and Communications, for Bank of America Dealer Financial Services Group. She is an active member of the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) and Recreation Vehicle Industry Association (RVIA). |
Carroll Thompson Controller |
Carroll oversees all financial and accounting activity for DealerTrack Canada. Having obtained her CMA designation in 1985, Carroll has spent the last 20+ years working at the senior management level in manufacturing and high-tech companies. Her previous experience includes Controller/Board Member at SMC Pneumatics (Canada) Inc., Vice-President, Finance & Operations at Adcom Videoconferencing, Director of Finance & Administration/Board Member at Memorex Telex, and Controller at Amdahl Communications. Her expertise includes financial management, operational leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management. |
Bill Xinaris National Sales Director, Inventory |
Bill oversees sales for DealerTrack’s Inventory solution in Canada. His focus is on sales management of DealerTrack AAX for the Canadian market, including product installation and dealer satisfaction. Prior to joining DealerTrack Canada, Bill was the General Manager of TradeTracker Inc., where he managed all of the day-to-day operations for the company and the development of the business across Canada. Bill brings to DealerTrack over 14 years of automotive industry experience. Bill is also featured as a columnist in Canadian Auto World magazine and has written many articles for CanadianAutoNews.ca. |
